Our Wal-mart never set the sell Kingsford (2-18# for 8.98) out, I had to go out into the garden area and dig it out of a bunch of other stuff that had not been put out yet. picked up 540#.

The twin pack walmart sells isn't 20lb bags I think they are 13lb bags so they likely wont match it at lowes or home depot
