Smoked two pork tenderloins on the Davy Crockett tonight. Used GMG Texas Blend Pellets and supplemented with the AMPTS and BBQers Delight Mulberry Pellets.
Smoked for 30 mins at 300, pulled at 130 and let rest for 15 mins. Sliced thin with my electric knife, then tossed lightly in MO Wildflower Honey, Maker's Mark Sauce, and a tiny bit of apple juice. Heated in oven, wrapped in foil to 140 internal and served on slider buns. Fantastic.
