Is anyone doing the class at Dover Downs early next month? I will be there and look forward to meeting some Brethren.

You understand it's a class to become a KCBS Certified BBQ Judge, right? I'm asking because your thread title indicates that it's a cooking class.

Cool. I hope to pick up some pointers. Our first competition is going to be the one in Green Lane, PA. So I will have time for a lot of practice.
