Just A Little Picanha

Found a double pack of picanha at Costco. Seasoned with Lawrey's Season Salt and black pepper and reverse seared it on my Weber Summit Kamado.

That looks great! My wife’s birthday was Saturday. First cook on my Burch barrel was 3 picanha from wild fork and they turned out amazing. Definitely my favorite steak.
