One injected with some Goya Mojo Criollo and rubbed with Fiesta fajita rub and the other rubbed with a mix of Oakridge prototype rib run and comp beef/pork. The first will be pulled for tacos tonight and the other will be packaged up for Tasha to take to the beach this week with some long time friends who love BBQ but don't get it too often...
Got them cruising on Earl for the last 45 min or so.
