I gave up on the super low and slow romantic overnight pig roast a while ago. My pit likes to run at around 300-325 for pigs. This one took about 7hours plus a 1hr rest.

I didn't measure it, but its sitting on a 4ft SS shelf for a rack and was about 4" from either end. So maybe 3' - 3'6"?

Nice job! Looks delicious!
100 and under are mighty fine eatin'.

Was from last year, but finally got around to writing about this Pig Pickin' I went to at my neighbors.
Another neighbor did one on a rotisserie... I will post that one as soon as I am done writing
