Looks great. More info on the temp controller?

Guru's, Aubers, Stokers, PitmasterIQ are all PIDS and do a decent job. Sensor goes at the grate level and the controller unit tells a fan when to stoke the fire to keep that temp you preset.

For simplicity and cost i prefer the IQ ... fan is connected to the controller (all in one unit) and a hose runs to the pit. I built a rain box for mine to protect from wind rain and snow.

Yep, that paint needs some teal, orange, and white.
Nice lookin build.

??? The Cowboys don't have orange in their colors and it's blue, not teal.

I competed in my first comp last weekend with my UDS and brinkmann trailmaster mod. Over 30 teams I finished 4th in brisket and 9th in butt, 2nd overall. Love this stuff. Proud to be one of the brethren!!!
