Jonesboro BBQ Fest 2019

Hello All, Its been a While I am DownhomeQue from Jonesboro, AR. I do the BBQ fest every year here and this year was definitely best results I have ever had. We took 5th place Chicken, 7th Pork and brisket, 16th in ribs (which I thought was our best category going into this) Definitely had a great time I did stay up all night stickburning in my 600 gallon rig but she delivered the goods as always. Started the smoker at 11 pm with 4 sticks and half a bag of coal. Around 1145 threw on a couple medium sized sticks. midnight Butts and briskets went on. Wrapped both about 5 am. Ribs were also rubbed at 5am went on at 6. Chicken went on at 9am everything came out awesome. Used the smaller grill to set sauce.

Thanks Guys had a lot of life things happening have a 4 month old son now! lol Life is good. Will do my best to stay around this time.
