G'day there everyone!
I am an Aussie getting serious about doing American style BBQ at the professional/catering level. I have been practicing for only a short time now but the results have been excellent so far. I will be starting a BBQ business going to our local farmers markets to tempt Aussies to try slow cooked ribs, pulled pork and chicken.
I am going to ask plenty of questions and judging by what I have read there is plenty of great advice and help.

I have my first catering job cooking for 50 in 2 weeks so wish me luck and we will chat soon!,
