A few days ago I posted about wondering about bbq beef. just wanted to give you all an update and tell you how the cook went. My mother in law bought a package of shoulders at costco. I really only needed to cook one of the shoulders but decided to cook both and freeze one for later. Started cooking at 2:30 A.M. and took them off the bbq at 4:00P.M. I would shake the pan just a little and both of those shoulders jiggled just like jello. It was Sweet! everyone went back for seconds and thirds, even the sister in law that is dieting. I do agree though that the boneless shoulders are not as flavorful as bone in but they were sure farking awesome!

Butt, Butt - no pron. Glad to hear the family was satisfied.
