So how do you like it? Do you use that recipe a lot? Thank you for posting it also. Here in the Tampa Bay area of Florida there are a lot of people from Jamaica. Some sell sauces and marinades at local pepper festivals. Here is the link to one guy who makes his own authentic Jamaican sauces right here in Clearwater, Florida. link:
