Made smoked lasagna tonight. Used my homemade pasta sauce, this one I cooked in a DO on the kettle awhile ago. Made fresh cheese sauce with Gouda cheese. Couple of layers of both in oven dishes, topped mine with extra cheese.
In to the Traeger they went, 30 mins on the smoke setting, then 40 mins on 350F.
There was a subtle smoke flavor, not to much to get in the way of the other flavors. The misses was sceptical but she loved it so the experiment was a success.
