Italian Sausage Skettie

Fresh ground Italian Sausage browned real good and taken up on paper towels to drain whilst cooking some green awnyans, garlic, and shrooms. Put the sausage back and add some mater sauce. Pour on top of some whole wheat pasta and chow down.
