It’s Taco Time!

[Get’n Smokey]

Caught a few striper this past weekend so we did some Baja Fish Tacos!

Striper filets cut into finger size pieces

Beer batter and deep fried

Homemade Coleslaw and Mango Salsa

Secret Chipotle Baja Sauce

Grilled one filet and it was good but….crispy fish for the win!!

Thank goodness tomorrow is Phriday people
