NO! Ask Norco about his and what he paid for it. I have seen many of those available on craigslist over this past year and $50 seems to be the normal asking price. I would offer $25 and work from there but not over $50.
 
$150.00 is more than it cost new. It is a pretty solidly built unit, and versatile, but no, that is way too much.
