I was at work (Lowe's distribution wherhouse) and moved a few Oklahoma Joe's horazontal offsets and was wondering if they were COS or something else. Just wondering, I am just starting to use the $50 Ok Joe vertical roaster I got awhile back.

Everything is relative, my man.

It's a nice step up if all you've used before is a cheap Charbroil Offset. It's a COS if you've got an OC Pecos or a Lang.

As a brand new owner of an OK Joe Longhorn, I think it's a pretty good middle ground.

Use what you've got. Master it. Then, if you're ready or need it... upgrade.

That's my unsolicited $1.05.

It's relative, IMHO. There are others that cost less. And others that cost lots more. I've had good luck with my OKJ Highland. Makes the best tasting q of all my rigs.
