So I have seen the recent posts by Lunchman and Lord Riffenstein about chicken Shawarma, and it’s been a while since I had it and I have never cooked it. Took the plunge and went out of my comfort zone today. Marinated some B/S thighs yesterday, and today I made tabbouleh and some sour cream tzatziki sauce. I was too lazy to make my own pitas, so store-bought got the call. It was killer, and despite some skeptical looks from the family, they loved it too! Definitely gonna do again!
