Made it to my first cook off in Indiana this past weekend. Have to say that I was dissappointed. I was used to the cook off at the Houston Livestock show. I would say that it would best be considered "Yuppie Q". I hop the rib cook off in Madison In, in August will be better.

Indy cookoff!

If you are talking about the cookoff in Carmel that I ran I would put a few of those peope up against any Houston cookoff teams anyday. After all they cant cook real pork bbq. If they are so good why dont they come out of Texas?
