Indulgence for Fathers Day (early)

Found a beef loin butt end on sale. Instead of doing it "straight", I dumped it in a good jerk sauce for the day. I made a sauce i saw a Jamaican make on a Bobby Flay show-shado beni. Cilantro garlic thyme a bit of vinegar and oil

Black beans and rice, groovin, listening to Bonnaroo, watching golf, Celtics and Bush racing tonight.
