Since moving to texas, from Mizzory, it has been a slight hassle finding any pork steaks to cook in larger quantities than 4 (that was the only pack at a store that actually had them on the shelf) on a whim. Went to three places before I could get some. The first place would not open a cryovac shoulder to cut any. The second had the same deal. The third had shoulders they could cut. You can get loins and chops easy but not pork steaks...:crazy:
