I'm serious! I am a newb...
I've never been a part of a food message board...didn't even know one like this existed. I have been a member on a racing (car) message board.

I didn't even know what a fatty or an ATB was before I found this site about three weeks ago!

That picture of the butt was the first I ever tried (last summer), I've cooked them two times 4 total butts..

I have cooked chicken all my adult life...we like chicken, it's cheap and hard to mess up. lol
