Well I should a looked alittle sooner. :doh:
My first run on MOINK balls are a tad dry and the bacon is brittle. Sauced them and they came back some.
The smoked brick of spam made a nice lunch sammich and the ribs 3-2-1 will be dinner in as soon as the kids are home

Dang, I wish I would've had my wsm back in college...married w/ a kid, working/schooling full-time....My wife reminds me that we lived off beans, SPAM and the like, but I stayed so stressed out that I can't remember!

HMMM. Note to self : Sounds like a great housewarming present to any young dude that seems to have gotten himself in the same situation I once was!!! Lookin' back though, it was all good... but could've been a lot better with a wsm!!!!
 
Saved by the sauce. Nice. Teaching kids to smoke when young prepares them for a long life of meating.... hopefully
