Yep! They are stacked in the back of the garage (meat) fridge. They'll age for three or four weeks.

Good thing you bought some toilet paper. Looks like you are gonna need it.

Shhhhh! I told you about wrapping brisket in toilet paper in confidence! Now everyone will be doing it!
 
I was out shopping with the family today, and WinCo had choice on sale for $1.88/lb. I commented that I didn't really need one (lots in the freezer already) and that they were all 16 pounds or more. I almost fainted when Mrs. SB told me to grab one since the price was right. The best part was my kids trying to find the one with the thickest flat for me.
