With the the Live Fire and Freezer Dive throwdowns going this cook falls in place with both. :-D Trying to fit an 18lb SRF brisket I received last week, I had to rearrange the freezer so I found a lot of goodies I had forgotten about. This is some of what I found :becky:
Planned on a few more pics but I had company so this is all the coverage I got for y'all :thumb:
Pork belly which I cubed up for "burnt ends"
Pork tenderloins that I injected
Cubed up and seasoned
From left to right: lamb chops, pork tenderloins, pork belly and wings. All from the freezer
Fired up my open face pit with mesquite
Chops and the tenderloins first
Then the belly and wings
