So there is a “Butt” throwdown going on, picked up a couple at Aldi’s. Seasoned up with some “Head Country”

Fired up the chimney around 00:00

Put the butts on around 01:00 and let her run, here’s where we were at 11:00, we like lots of bark around here

Into a pan and a 170 degree oven for a while after a 45 minute rest

There you go. I like the way that chicken plumped up. In the plate shot, is that a regular roll or a Kings Hawaiian? I made 21 sliders yesterday for happy hour using the KH rolls, they go good with pork.
