I saw a pair of 48 ounce tomahawk ribeyes at Rouses Market and thought to myself, "I must have those." I made a reduction of Cabernet Sauvignon, mushrooms, butter, garlic, s&p and fresh parsley. I boiled, then roasted some potatoes and made a little salad.
