good looking butt, Mos. What made you decide to slice it rather than pull it? Never done the sliced butt thing...ALWAYS pulled.

The Missus was being impatient. It really didn't "slice" well, though. The Missus got a piece you could call sliced. I thought of it more of looking like a pork chop. The rest pretty much "crumbled", so it got chopped for my plate (which I did not get pics of, too hungry). The rest will get chopped/pulled today for lunches this week.
