Humphrey's smokers are outstanding in construction and value. I have the standard Weekender, and it's by far the best BBQ investment I have ever made. It makes cooking so easy that even I can cook decent food. My only regret is that I didn't buy a bigger one, so I can cook more Q at one time. But I think I'll solve that by ordering an extra stainless steel grate.
