Just wanted to say hi and introduce myself.
Been Q'n all my life and have tried to smoke on my kettles but never got the results I was after. Too hot too much tending.
I recently bought an ECB goumet electric and the name says it all, cheapo!

When searching for mods to actually make it work I found the Brethren.
Now I am 34 pages into the 185 page UDS thread and my barrel is burned out and waiting for holes and nipples.
