How do you use a Cast Iron Griddle & What do you cook on it?

There is another thread talking about cast iron on sale at Target. One person bought one of these.

How do you use it?
Do you use it on the stove, grill, smoker?

What do most people cook on it?

How would you use it if you had one?

I think you can cook anything that might fall thru the grates into the fire on one.
Eggs, biscuits, vegs, sausages, fish....
You might ask if there is anything you cant cook on it? I cant think of anything well maybe lobster.
