I like this SnS Grill, however I find it difficult to move around. I'd love to add front castors to it, but I can't figure out the best way to do it. Has anyone done this or have ideas on how?

Go get some 4” swivel casters that have threaded end. Use angle grinder cut front posts so when casters installed grill site level. Run threaded ends into front posts then tack weld wheels to legs. Heat has to stay very low as it will likely melt legs. Other option is to JB weld in place

The legs come down at an angle so you can't just plug some casters on the end.

I'd leave it as is, too much trouble for what little benefit they would add IMO.

Look up threaded ball casters .
I would leave it alone though.
I wish my Weber 22" had those wheels.

Can't you drill holes in the 2 front legs and mount 2 lawn mower type wheels? You might have to cut the legs to level it out.
