Honey brined a couple of chops overnight. Got the meal together with some broc and sweet corn.

Broc was marintated in Italian dressing. Getting the fire hot with some cherry wood:

Nice looking plate! I love me some corn fried in a skillet with lots of butter and black pepper! I can eat that chit all day long and 7 days a week.
