Well after we were unpacked we decided hay we need to eat… Soo this is what I came up with. A ground turkey/spicy sausage burger topped with some of my sweet n sassy sauce, red onion, avocado and lettuce on a grilled wheat bun. The wife used the tater cutter on some sweet taters and put them in the oven. Not too bad at all.

nice looking food, any tips for the taters?

Get a baking sheet hot… because things will not stick to a hot cooking sheet. Cut the sweet taters in french-fry size (we use a tater cutter). Drizzle the hot pan with some oil put the FF down in a single layer, season with kosher salt and fresh black pepper. Bake at 400 until crispy on the outside.
