Holding onto Summer

As cooler weather is around the corner here in NEO, I am steadfastly holding onto summer.

A baker’s dozen of Local corn, soaked all morning water n water.
Grilled on the 26’er indirect with the Vortex, wide side up.

Burgers from our half beef, smashed on the Blackstone and topped with bacon, lettuce and tomato

I am one who always wishes summer would hurry up and get out of this hot humid place I call home.

Can't wait for the fall. Halloween is around the time we get our first "cool" front come through which is so welcome.

January and February are our only months you can count on cold fronts keeping it cold.
