I remember making foil pack dinners in Boy Scouts. My son does too. Tonight we relived fond memories. 2lbs of discount yellow tag ground beef. Pickled peppers, onions, yellow tag mixed veggies. Two cans of smoked oysters. Some SPG and 1/4 cup red cooking wine. Also made some jalapeno honey cornbread in the iron skillet.
I planned to do this on the fire pit but the sky opened up and it was a wash so I used the Weber. A little Louisiana hot sauce and we ate good. Hear that whistle blowing and the rails shaking...time to pack up and catch the next ride. :-D Thanks for looking.

I see you even brought out the good china. It all looks good but that cornbread is really calling my name. Save me a piece, would you?
