Hickory smoked buffalo chicken

Did some buffalo chicken sandwhiches last night on the weber. Used royal oak lump with some hickory chunks. Did indirect till I got a internal of 145 and then seared till 165. Topped with bacon, muenster cheese, lettuce, and more buffalo sauce.
