For dinner cook wife and I some burger on my smoker using hickory. Never live until you ate a burger cook on hickory

Burger and salad...what a way to go. Outstanding job.

And those are sure not store bought tomatoes.
 
Good lookin' burgers.....makes those tiny sandiches I had today at a party look like a turd:biggrin:
 
Burgers do look outstanding, sometimes its just hard to beat a good burger! P.S. any rum for the milk?
 
The cooker direct/indirect it have a baffle between the fire and grids. I think around 350. That cooker is great for grilling also.
 
Holy Toledo those burgers look good! Completely hard to beat a home-done burger, guess that's why it is the thing I cook the most.

Texans sure love our mesquite, but I've been using hickory for a while now and gotsta agree with you on that one.
