Good Morning Everyone!
I have been reading on this site for about 14 years off and on. Finally joined up. I have been grilling and smoking since I was a kid. Now 55. Some of my favorite memories was cooking on a hibachi my Dad bought from TG&Y and on Christmas Morning Dad would get me up 3 or 4 am. to light his homemade smoker to smoke hams for the day. So exciting at the age!
I have bought a few smokers over the years that include a Lang 60, Gator Pit, Back Woods, 4 Webers and a few other pits and two homemade smokers.
