HELP! Searching for smoker for bbq catering gig in Park City, UT

Hi all, it's been awhile since I've logged onto the forums, but I'm urgently looking for resources for an event that I'm organizing. I am bringing Blood Bros BBQ up from Houston, TX to Park City, UT to cater our event. The original plan was for them to drag up their smoker from their Las Vegas franchise, but they can't do that anymore. I've reached out to JensenPit, but it seems like they've been inactive on social media for several years, and I can't find a website.

Does anyone have any resources on sourcing a nice offset smoker in Utah that can handle up to 250 lbs of meat?
