I do most of my grilling on a Weber 26 but sort of looking for more cooking space and maybe something adjustable (a al Hasty Bak). Here's what I'm considering and my pros/cons for each:
  1. Pitmaker 30" - adjustable, well built; not sure how easy ist is to load charcoal
  2. Hasty Bake - like the "pull out" charcoal try; don't like the side load or the lighter weight materials
  3. LSG grill - like the build; probably bigger than I need

I'd love to hear opinions on these grills or recommendations from other Brethren.

Thanks in advance.

I like the LSG grill because you can adjust each side separately and can even burn sticks for an indirect cook. Would half the grill take care of most of your cooks?

Another option is the AZBBQ Boothill without the smoker option. :p
