I follow Dski Grillz on YT and he uses a Sunterra 48" Santa Maria grill on a lot of his cooks. It's definitely a neat cooker. Your cooks look great.

Yeah, he is one of the reasons I went with a Sunterra. I was torn between the Sunterra and a Lone Star Grillz S.M. I really liked the fire brick so I went with the Sunterra.
