Hello from York, PA

I joined the site a few months ago and have been "lurking" ever since. Wanted to take the time to introduce myself. Im from York, PA. I have been smoking/grilling for around 10 years. I would say I only have understood and started to do it properly for about 5 years. I mostly use my little electric Masterbuilt smoker, but I have recently ventured into the world of "fire".

I'm about to post my recently completed UDS that I hope to season tonight.

I really want to get in to wood fired smoke.
