Hey guys, thanks for having me on the site. I'm a newbie to smoking, tried a little a couple years ago and failed miserably. I found this site about a month ago, been lurking and have since made my family some beef rib, pork ribs, and tri tips.

I couldn't have done this on my own so thanks to all for sharing recipes and experiences.
