Hi everyone, been lurking here for a while but decided to finally sign up. Ive been bbq'n for a while self taught through my mistakes, still learning and experimenting, trying new things. I have a Weber grill, and a gas grill. I just got a New Braunfels "Hondo" smoker (basically a Charbroil) this summer and I love it.
 
Welcome... Love that Hill country... Bag yourself a Boar and smoke up some Javelina on that Hondo.....and tell us about it
 
Welcome JWeber! I dont know anyone worth a darn that hasn't made a whole slew
of mistakes. It's a journey, not a destination.
