Hi everyone,
I'm a bit north from most of you all I'm sure, I'm in Toronto Canada.. I'm not new to grilling, but am definitely new to low and slow bbqing. I don't have any fancy equipment for smoking right now but I do love my Weber genesis and can put out some pretty good food on it.
I'm on here to learn more about smoking and low temperature cooking + getting some advice and recipes.
Am thinking about getting a smoker - Bradley or Pellet (are in my price range) but would like to practice smoking on the gas grill for now.
