Hello from the UK

Hi Everyone,

My name is Jason and I'm from Huddersfield in the UK.
Used to have a cheap vertical smoker and then a cheap offset smoker both not very good , so had a go at building a UDS after lots of you tubing and researching on The BBQ Brethren.
made the UDS this week and started some pork on it today, fingers crossed!!
