Wandering around with a bag of matchlight, looking for a match.
I own a BBQ Restaurant and are celebrating 80 years this year. Being a 3rd generation pitmaster, I love too bbq but only bbq according to our restaurants traditions and equipment.
I love bbq and comfort foods that you would eat at your grandmothers table. However, I have become more interested throughout the last decade in backyard bbq'ing since i can have more fun with it and use different equipment and techniques. My father taught me how to cook in the ground, but we use Langs and Souther Pride type pits now. Too many places burning down to use all wood fired smokers anymore. That why our stick burners stay outside!!!
