Hello from Kansas

Hello everyone,

I've been silently lurking for a while now and finally decided it was time to make my own account. I've been smoking meats ever since I was little with a lot of success, but feel that I am starting fresh now that I have moved to a new area and am now starting all from scratch again with no equipment other than a couple weber kettles. There is a lot of information that I have already absorbed from this site that I never knew growing up when I simply threw meat on a pit and winged it really. Bear with me as I will be posting some questions before too long. Thank you all for your time and wealth of information provided on this site.

Similar situation to mine. Been around the world and ended up in the Czech Republic. Just me, my balcony, my 22 inch kettle, and some neighbors possibly waiting to string me up if I smoke them out of their apartments
