Hello everyone,
I've been silently lurking for a while now and finally decided it was time to make my own account. I've been smoking meats ever since I was little with a lot of success, but feel that I am starting fresh now that I have moved to a new area and am now starting all from scratch again with no equipment other than a couple weber kettles. There is a lot of information that I have already absorbed from this site that I never knew growing up when I simply threw meat on a pit and winged it really. Bear with me as I will be posting some questions before too long. Thank you all for your time and wealth of information provided on this site.
