Hello from Hampshire, UK

Hi everybody,

Thanks for letting me join what looks like an awesome forum. I’m Ben from Hampshire in the UK. Been grilling, smoking and all sorts of outdoor cooking for a good few years now. I use two KJ Big joes and some smaller grills at home. For work I run a mobile pizza business and we smoke and grill a lot of our toppings to make us stand out.
Joined the forum as I’m considering adding a Timberline to the arsenal in place of my older big joe. However I’m not sure yet so looking for some reviews and advice.
